Bookings are confirmed in writing. A deposit may be required for certain dates or events.

Performance duration, breaks and travel are agreed in advance. Event timings should be provided at least 7 days prior.

Cancellation terms: 14+ days, no fee; 7–13 days, 50%; 0–6 days, 100% of the agreed fee. (Example terms—update to your policy.)

Public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment available when required for venues.
